Our practice has be serving the people of Lake County since 1967 when Dr. Marshall Buckner came to Lakeport.
Dr. David Browning joined the practice in 1984 and Dr. Donald Lasher in 2000, continuing a tradition of quality eyecare etablished by the now retire Dr. Buckner.

Dr. David Browning
Dr. Browning grew up in Lakeport, the second generation to graduate from Lakeport Unified School District, K-12. He then graduated from CSU Sacramento earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science with a minor in Chemistry. He attended the New England College of Optometry in Boston, receiving his Doctorate in Optometry in 1984.

Dr. Donal Lasher
Dr. Lasher grew up on Long Island in New York. He graduated from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in psychology. He attended U.C. Berkeley’s School of Optometry in California, receiving his Doctorate in Optometry in 1990.
